Technical Talent Acquisition Manager - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager (Hybrid - Spring, TX) to support our client. The TA Manager will contribute to Korn Ferry's growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the continued quality assurance of the project delivered to our client while being a true strategic partner. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing metrics, sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, risk management, client communication, reporting, and team management. Skills & experience required include 5-10 years of relevant leadership in talent acquisition, full life cycle recruiting knowledge, understanding of recruiting metrics, familiarity with SLA’s/SOW, revenue and pricing models, HR laws, business development, team leadership, data analysis, planning, communication, customer orientation, and cultural adaptability. A High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
