Job Description
Forklift driver. Primarily forklift and wheel loader driving duties, may include other production tasks. Loading and unloading timber, feeding raw materials to production lines via forklift. Loading finished goods. Maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas. Knowledge of sawn timber is an advantage; experience in handling loading equipment is required. Includes some use of warehouse management software. A sawn timber processing plant located along Highway 3 in Parkano; in addition to basic products, we manufacture customer-specific wood products. Several different wood species are used.
