We are looking for a cheerful, professional, and creative Restaurant Manager for our staff restaurant opening in the fall, on a permanent basis. Successful management of the role requires leadership skills, enthusiasm, and excellent service attitude. You will develop the restaurant's operations responsibly in collaboration with your team. Your tasks include, among others, preparing lunch, menu planning, order management, waste tracking, and developing customer relationships. We hope you have a supervisory qualification in the field and strong kitchen skills. You are customer service and marketing-oriented, and you understand what makes customers return. You already have experience in similar supervisory roles and enjoy developing operations and implementing ideas. You have passion, skill, and vision for creating delicious food and sunny customer service. You follow seasons and trends but value good taste in everything you do. You are familiar with using various systems alongside your work. Knowledge of production control and shift planning systems is an advantage.
