We are seeking supervisors/responsible persons for a large data center project in Vantaa. The role offers responsibility in a large and fast-paced project, where you will lead site activities and ensure smooth project progress. You will coordinate daily site operations, monitor progress, manage schedules, and facilitate effective collaboration between installers and the project team. Organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are valued. The work begins in June and is expected to last until late July. Work is performed in two shifts of 12 hours (07–19 / 19–07). Sundays are days off. We expect from you: Previous experience in site supervision or responsible site tasks, background in electrical or technical fields, ability to lead a team and manage the site, good communication and collaboration skills, valid work and electrical safety cards, proactive and solution-oriented work attitude.
