BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Jita Oy - Virrat, Finland

We are currently hiring for a fixed-term position in Jita's financial reporting. As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in financial management tasks. Your responsibilities will include both internal and external accounting duties. The primary responsibility is internal reporting to the GF Group, where you will be a key person at Jita. This position requires proficiency in English, both spoken and written. It is a temporary position lasting at least one year. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the implementation and development of our future reporting tools. We do not expect you to know everything; the most important qualities are a motivated attitude towards taking on new responsibilities and the ability to collaborate. Our work community communicates in Finnish. We expect from you - Higher education in business or a related field - Experience with more demanding accounting tasks, e.g., operational reporting, preparing financial statements - Ability to quickly adopt new tools and understand business and finance comprehensively - Analytical, precise, and self-directed working style, along with good interpersonal skills - Good proficiency in Finnish and English We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work model is possible.
