Security Guard & Traffic Controller for Kotka Maritime Days - X-SEC GROUP OY - Kotka, Finland

We are looking for professional security guards and traffic controllers for Kotka Maritime Days from July 22 to July 25, 2026. The employment is on an ETK basis (called to work separately), and there will also be opportunities for work at other events before and after the Maritime Days. Kotka Maritime Days is a summer event held since 1962, featuring concerts, markets, and entertainment in the city. Your tasks: You will work either as a security guard or a traffic controller at Kotka Maritime Days. In both roles, you are responsible for the smooth and safe conduct of the event. We expect from you (security guard): Valid security guard card. We expect from you (traffic controller): Valid B-class driving license. For both roles, we value a proactive attitude and good interaction skills. You should work responsibly, independently, and customer-oriented with a #GoodMoodSecurityServices attitude.
