Excavator Operator

We are looking for an excavator operator for fiber cable digging in Nurmijärvi for a seasonal temporary position. The job may involve both tracked and wheeled machines, so versatile experience with different excavators is a plus. Experience in earthworks is beneficial; experience with fiber cable digging is a big plus, but not strictly required. Requirements include valid safety (työturvallisuuskortti) and traffic safety (tieturvakortti) cards or the ability to obtain them before starting. Good Finnish language skills are necessary as the supervisory language is Finnish. The role includes carrying out groundwork for fiber network installations, building weatherproof fiber networks, and occasionally switching from machine booms to a shovel when needed. Start date is when a suitable person is found, and the work runs at least until the winter but possibly longer depending on conditions.
