Cookies and privacy

We use essential cookies to run JobCrawls. With your OK, we also use functional cookies to remember your settings and saved jobs and to show maps, and analytics to find searches that come up empty and pages people get stuck on. You can change your choice anytime in Cookie settings.

Cookie settings

Choose which cookies we may use. You can come back and change this anytime from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Essential (always on)Keep you signed in, protect the site from bots and abuse, and remember this choice. The site cannot work without them.

FunctionalRemember your theme and display settings, the jobs you save and view, your recent searches, your match profile and drafts on this device, and load maps and address search from Mapbox (in the US). Without them the site still works, but forgets these when you leave.

AnalyticsHelps us spot searches that return no results and pages people get stuck on, so we can fix them. Visits are recorded so we can see where a page breaks: what you type is always hidden, pages with your own account, profile or applications are never recorded, and recordings are deleted after 30 days. Uses Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics.

Recognise my organisationIf you visit our pages for employers from a workplace network, we recognise the organisation that owns that network (never a home or mobile connection, and never you) and note which of those pages were viewed from it. We use this only for our own sales work, and keep it for 40 days. Your IP address is never stored, and the job ads and searches you view are never linked to the organisation. Needs analytics.
