Delete your account
You can delete your JobCrawls account and its personal data yourself, at any time, on both web and mobile. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
On the web (jobcrawls.com)
- Sign in at jobcrawls.com.
- Open the Profile page.
- Scroll to the "Account" section and select "Delete account".
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
In the mobile app
- Open the JobCrawls app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under "Account", tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in identity (name, email, password management) entirely
- Your profile information, CV, and any files you uploaded
- Saved, viewed, and applied jobs
- Saved searches, your watchlist (companies and roles), and application kits
- Your email job-alert settings and consent
What we retain
Feedback you submitted is kept for product improvement, but the link to your account is permanently removed and can no longer be traced back to you. Backups may retain deleted data for up to 35 days before they are rotated out — this matches our database backup system's recovery window.
Can't sign in?
If you can't sign in to your account to delete it yourself, email hello@jobcrawls.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
