Who the agreement covers

Jalometallialan työehtosopimuksen piiriin kuuluvat sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan Kultaseppien Työnantajaliiton jäsenyritysten ja niiden työntekijöiden väliset työsuhteet. Sopimukseen eivät kuitenkaan kuulu työnjohtajat, konttorihenkilökunta ja myyjät.

Does it apply to every employer in the field?

Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
