Job Description: As a floor shift manager, you are an important part of the restaurant's operation and are responsible for daily customer service and the quality of service. You have previous experience in à la carte service and know how to lead a shift by your own example. Your duties include: - Participating in and leading daily operations together with the restaurant manager - Ensuring an excellent customer experience - Guaranteeing the smoothness of operations in the middle of a busy everyday life What we expect from you: - Excellent customer service skills, attitude and team playing - Good interaction skills, flexibility and ability to cooperate - A smile that remains even in the middle of a rush - Flexibility and ability to withstand pressure Salary and working hours: The employment contract is concluded with AiCan Happy People Oy, but in the future you may have the opportunity to move directly to the client's books. Salary is negotiable according to your own professional skill and expertise. The employment relationship is permanently valid 112.5 h / 3 weeks. The employment relationship begins as soon as possible or according to the agreed schedule. Please note that the shift manager's shifts may also take place at another Treffi location in Verkkosaari.
