Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure our village remains a safe, operational, and welcoming space for all our guests and staff. This hands-on role involves maintaining facilities to the highest standard and responding efficiently to maintenance requests. Responsibilities include executing daily maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, responding promptly to requests, maintaining records, collaborating with management, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with external contractors, and contributing to guest experience through upkeep and improvements. Requirements include experience in maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance, safe tool use, a valid B driver’s license, fluency in English, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred qualifications are technical or vocational training, hospitality experience, and Finnish language skills.
