Cafe Worker

Are you over 18 years old, customer-oriented, and energetic both early in the morning and late in the evening? We are looking for additional staff for our pleasant work community. St1 Iittala is open 24 hours. In addition to fuel sales, the station features Helmisimpukka restaurant, Drivers fast food, a shop, and Kotipizza. The work involves providing customer service with a smile and a brisk approach. A background in restaurant or commercial education, as well as previous experience in customer service tasks, would provide a good foundation for a new "Helmi". Most importantly, however, we value a willingness to learn customer service and food preparation tasks; a positive attitude goes a long way. The work requires stress tolerance and organizational skills from everyone. We offer you permanent employment, with an average minimum working time of 75-90 hours per 3 weeks. The work is in two shifts, and the employee must be prepared to work night shifts. Tasks include customer service, cashier work, cleaning, preparation of display products, fast food preparation, making pizzas if necessary, and kitchen assistant duties. Knowledge of Veikkaus machines, a hygiene passport, and experience in cafe work are considered advantages. Work begins in August-September. We will interview candidates during the application period. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry (Marava TES). Pay is according to Marava TES.
