The City of Ylivieska is seeking a special education teacher (generalist) for Rannan school on a fixed-term basis from 1.8.2026 to 31.1.2027. The basis for the fixed term is a substitution. Eligibility requirements are determined in accordance with the Decree on the Qualifications of Teaching Staff 986/1998. The terms of employment and remuneration are determined by OVTES. The City of Ylivieska pays a separate tva-supplement to special education teachers. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Act 504/2002 (Act on the Checking of the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children) no later than 30 days after receiving notification of the selection decision.
