Your role You will work with a resident-centered and rehabilitative approach. Your daily tasks include basic care and nursing, but medical tasks such as administering medication and wound care are also part of your routine. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team where cooperation and mutual respect are central. Your work environment offers varied situations where you can apply your knowledge and develop your professional skills. The work is in three-shift rotations. What we expect from you We expect a positive attitude toward development, self-direction, and good interaction and cooperation skills. Additionally, you need a willingness to work in three-shift rotations. The position requires good Finnish language skills. Valid LOVe medication permits, knowledge of the RAI assessment system, good IT skills, and work experience in elderly services are considered an advantage. Eligibility requirements for the position are a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
