Salesperson

You are the salesperson we are looking for. Do you enjoy customer service, everyday shopping in a shop, and an international environment? Santa Claus Holiday Village Ltd seeks sunny salespeople for Santa’s Foodmarket in Rovaniemi. Your duties include a variety of retail tasks, and you play a key role in ensuring customers receive friendly, smooth and high-quality service at every visit. You will handle customer service at the checkout and on the shop floor, assist customers with product selection, and ensure that interactions are friendly and efficient. You will work in both Finnish and English in an international customer environment. Your daily tasks include stocking, product presentation, restocking and maintaining store cleanliness and ambience. You are an integral part of creating a positive first impression and a comprehensive shopping experience. The employment starts in early November and continues until the end of March 2027. 90 hours per 3 weeks with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays during peak season. Terms follow the retail sector collective agreement. The contract is between Bondata and the employee.
