Early Childhood Childcare Worker

We are looking for a worker who meets the qualification requirements for an early childhood education childcare worker to join our cheerful, good-humoured and skilled team, in a group of children under three years old. Your working hours would be 20 hours per week. We are a small, home-like daycare with two groups, where play, exercise and nature are emphasised. Our daycare is very close to a forest, where we go on weekly Metsämörri outings. We also go on outings to the library and nearby parks. There is a lot of cooperation between the groups, so all the children become familiar to all the adults. We value our employees’ teamwork and cooperation skills. Enthusiasm, commitment to the work and a development-oriented approach are also considered an advantage. We offer you an interesting and positive work environment and a communal working atmosphere. You can influence the content of your work and the development of early childhood education at our daycare. The work will start around the turn of October and November and continue into spring 2027. If more children join us for care, the work will continue until summer 2027.
