Personal Assistant

This vacancy is for a part-time personal assistant to support a client in Jyväskylä during daytime activities. The role requires Russian language proficiency as communication with the client happens in Russian. Duties include assisting and supporting the client during daytime activities, enabling participation in various daytime activity options, guiding and encouraging in everyday situations, taking into account individual needs, and collaborating with other daytime staff. Requirements include fluent Russian language, good interaction and collaboration skills, a calm, encouraging and client-centered work approach, reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts, and the ability to interact with people individually. Prior experience as a personal assistant, disability work, or social- and health-care sector is an asset, but a positive attitude and genuine desire to work with people are most important.
