Come help write Finlayson’s colourful story, which began in 1820. As Sales Supervisor, you will play an important part in the success of the Pop-Up store. You will be responsible for store sales, onboarding the rest of the team and guiding daily work by setting an example. You will take part in opening and setting up the store. Your responsibilities include scheduling campaigns, monitoring and reporting sales, placing orders and preparing work schedules. Alongside these responsibilities, you will work in sales and customer service with your team. Duties also include serving customers at the checkout, receiving deliveries and arranging displays. In Finlayson Pop-Up stores, you will sell products from Vallila and Reino & Aino as well as Finlayson products. Finlayson has been part of everyday life in Finland for a long time, and you will continue that story by selling distinctive, sought-after home textiles. You will inspire and motivate your team through your active contribution. Life in Finlayson Pop-Up stores is hectic, and you may suddenly face a situation you have never encountered before—are you ready for the challenge? The job is a seasonal fixed-term position from the beginning of November until the end of January. The Sales Supervisor will have approximately 25–30 working hours per week. Shifts fall during store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. The employment contract will be made between the employee and StaffPoint, and the retail collective agreement will apply. Pay is determined by the C-level demanding-duty classification of the retail collective agreement: €13.96–€16.90 per hour depending on experience and location. The applicable evening, Saturday, Sunday and other supplements are paid on top of the hourly wage.
