As Head of Legal Services you will lead four lawyers and three document services professionals, ensuring efficient legal operations and records management to support LUT university and LAB polytechnic goals. You will provide legal support for research activities, contract law, governance matters and public procurement, manage case management and archival duties, and collaborate with university leadership, researchers and other stakeholders. You report to the Director, Governance and Risk Management. The role requires a Master of Laws (OTM/OTK) and strong experience in managing legal affairs within organizations. The position offers hybrid work across Lahden or Lappeenranta campuses, travel between campuses, and a 36 hour 15 minute weekly schedule with flexible hours. Salary is determined according to the universities’ pay scale at level 11–12, around 5400–6400 EUR per month, with a six-month probation. Start date is autumn by agreement.
