Reception Manager - Pyhätunturi Oy - Pelkosenniemi, Finland

We are seeking a full-time Reception Manager at Pyhä Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments. We are looking for an energetic individual passionate about customer experience to lead the reception at Pyhä Ski-Inn accommodations and Hotel Pyhätunturi. Excellent customer experience is achieved through seamless service and memorable details. In this role, you will lead your team by example and ensure our guests leave with a smile and return to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Pyhä repeatedly. Pyhä is considered by many to have Finland's best slopes, most beautiful nature, and friendliest atmosphere. The resort's trails lead directly to Pyhä-Luosto National Park, offering some of Lapland's most stunning natural experiences year-round. In winter, the focus is on excellent slopes, versatile freeride areas, and well-maintained cross-country trails. In summer, the mountain and national park provide excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Events bring life to the area, and popular recurring activities attract visitors year after year. Pyhä accommodation operations in brief We operate over two hundred Ski-Inn apartments and nearly a thousand beds at Pyhä, including Hotel Pyhätunturi. The Ski-Inn concept makes holidays easy: all services are within walking distance, and accommodation is high-quality and hassle-free. Our customer base is rapidly internationalizing; last winter, about 40% of guests arrived from abroad. We are part of the RukaPyhä Group, a Finnish family business with roots dating back to the 1970s. We operate an integrated business model combining slope operations, accommodation, activities, and travel services. Your role as Reception Manager As Reception Manager, you will lead the reception at Ski-Inn accommodations and Hotel Pyhätunturi, ensuring smooth daily operations and service quality. Your work is diverse: in addition to managing the reception, you will oversee the operation of the on-site R-kiosk and ensure cleaning services function properly in collaboration with service providers. You will also participate in Pyhä's development as part of a cross-functional team. Daily collaboration includes sales, marketing, slopes, and other services, supported by the entire Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments organization.
