We are seeking a permanent Reception Manager for Pyhä Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments. The role involves leading the reception operations at Pyhä Ski-Inn accommodations and Hotel Pyhätunturi. You will ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality, leading your team by example and ensuring guests leave satisfied and return to experience the unique atmosphere of Pyhä repeatedly. Pyhä is known for its excellent slopes, beautiful nature, and friendly atmosphere. The area offers year-round outdoor activities, including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and events that bring life to the region. Our accommodations include over 200 Ski-Inn apartments and nearly 1,000 beds, with all services within walking distance. The customer base is rapidly internationalizing, with about 40% coming from abroad last winter. We are part of RukaPyhä, a Finnish family-owned company with roots dating back to the 1970s, operating an integrated business model combining slopes, accommodations, activities, and tourism services. As Reception Manager, you will oversee the reception at Ski-Inn accommodations and Hotel Pyhätunturi, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. Your responsibilities include managing the reception, the on-site R-kiosk, and collaborating with service providers for cleaning and maintenance. You will work closely with sales, marketing, slopes, and other services, supported by the entire Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments organization.
