About the role

Are you interested in a daytime position working with allergic diseases in children and adolescents? We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position in the pediatric unit of the Inflammation Center's allergy line, starting August 17, 2026, or by agreement. Come and build strong allergy expertise in the pediatric unit! About our unit In our pediatric unit, you will work in a versatile and professional environment focusing on allergic diseases in children and adolescents. We diagnose and treat atopic dermatitis, food allergies, asthma, and other allergic diseases in patients aged 0–16. Meeting the patient and their family and providing high-quality guidance are central parts of our daily work. The work consists of varied daytime shifts, and the allergy line offers diverse opportunities for workplace learning. You will become part of a professional work community and receive a thorough orientation in your duties. Salary and benefits The position-specific salary is €3,024.27/month plus possible experience and other bonuses. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract required for those working with children in accordance with Section 6, Subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act (770/1993). Language requirements: good oral and written skills in Finnish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Swedish, or good oral and written skills in Swedish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Finnish. We require vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and a health certificate regarding pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units.
