Construction Foreman

We are seeking a construction site foreman to lead a highly demanding development project in Oulu. The role requires a university degree suitable for the field and solid experience in leading demanding or exceptionally demanding construction projects. A valid qualification certificate from FISE is an asset; if not yet obtained, your education and work experience must meet the requirements to obtain the qualification before acting in the role. Responsibilities include daily on-site leadership, scheduling, and monitoring of quality, costs, and safety; coordinating phases, collaborating with subcontractors and other stakeholders; ensuring necessary documentation and other statutory duties of a site foreman. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client on permanent terms. Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills, with start date per agreement. We will review applications as they arrive and fill the position once a suitable candidate is found. Requirements include a relevant university degree, solid experience leading demanding projects, willingness to obtain the exceptionally demanding foreman qualification, good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and responsibly, and proficient IT skills.
