Experienced demolition workers for the Helsinki metropolitan area! Are you familiar with demolition work and do you enjoy physical labor? We are currently seeking experienced demolition workers for manual demolition tasks for our client company in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Work begins in the autumn and offers the opportunity to work in a long-term project. Job Description Your role consists of tasks during the demolition phase of the construction site. Tasks may include, for example: * Interior demolition by hand and with machinery * Dismantling structures following safety instructions * Sorting demolition materials and maintaining site cleanliness * Protection and preparation work before the demolition phase * Other assisting tasks on the demolition site What do we expect from you? * Previous experience in demolition work, especially manual demolition * Good physical condition and readiness for physical work * A careful and proactive approach to work * Good cooperation skills and the ability to work independently * Proficiency in Finnish * A valid occupational safety card (approved by the Occupational Safety Centre) Access to a private car is considered an advantage, but it is not essential for the performance of the duties. You will receive a salary according to the construction industry collective agreement, which for demolition worker roles typically ranges from approximately 14.19–17.12 €/h depending on experience and skills, as well as bonuses according to the collective agreement.
