We are looking for an area manager for our growing team in the Northern Ostrobothnia / Oulu area. The position is suitable for someone who wants to work independently, flexibly, and initially alongside their current job, but also has the desire to grow their own area and role within the company. As an area manager, you will be responsible for initiating and developing operations in your own area. The job includes building customer relationships and assessing service needs, recruiting and onboarding caregivers, organizing services and ensuring quality, growing the area and establishing partnerships, reporting and close collaboration with the company's back-office team. The work is people-oriented, mobile, and independent — ideal for someone who wants to influence the quality and availability of care services in their own area.
