Our client is a small domestic cleaning company. The company serves both large construction companies and private clients. Cleaning services are tailored to each customer. Their strength lies in cleaning various types of damage. The service offering also covers office and home cleaning, small demolition and carrying tasks on construction sites, as well as high-dust cleaning, window washing, and small graffiti removals. We are now looking for an energetic ON-CALL CLEANER for versatile on-call work in Tampere and neighboring municipalities. What is the role about? In this position, you will work versatilely in various cleaning sites as part of a pleasant work team. Work sites include, for example, final cleaning projects, but also home and office cleaning sites, as well as a wide variety of shorter or longer project sites. - Work sites are located mainly in Tampere and occasionally in surrounding municipalities. Our client organizes transport to surrounding municipalities, and departure and return for work take place within the borders of Tampere. - Work is performed on weekdays starting from 8:00, either in pairs or in a group depending on the work site. Workdays usually end between 14:00 and 16:00. - Due to the project-based nature of the work, this is on-call work, so the number of shifts varies weekly according to our client's order book. However, it is often possible to work full-time or nearly full-time. - Salary according to the real estate services sector collective agreement, PR 2-PR 3 = 12.26-12.88 €/h. What kind of expert are we looking for? We value previous experience in cleaning work, but you can also be someone starting your career; the most important things are an energetic attitude and a genuine interest in cleaning work! You will receive orientation for the tasks site-by-site, taking the client's operating methods into account. We require from you: - Preferably some previous work experience in cleaning tasks - A positive and energetic attitude towards work as well as reliability - A thorough approach to work - Commendable understanding and proficiency in the Finnish language - Age 18 An existing occupational safety card is an advantage, but it can also be completed during the employment if necessary.
