Care Assistant for a friendly client We are looking for a care assistant for part-time work to assist our friendly client in Paimio. Visits are on weekdays during the half-day period. A caregiver-helper is a person trained in the social and health care sector who provides daily assistance and companionship to a designated elderly person. The caregiver-helper supports the elderly person in all kinds of daily chores, such as outdoor activities and shopping trips, home maintenance, support with eating, accompaniment, spending time together, and chatting. The caregiver-helper supports the senior's well-being holistically. Care and nursing tasks include: shower assistance, monitoring condition, supporting the ability to manage at home, supporting mobility Additionally, you may assist the client with showering and personal hygiene. However, the duties do not include the implementation of medical services, such as medication administration. What does the work of a caregiver-helper require? A passion for helping elderly people. Additionally, the work of a caregiver-helper requires education in the social and health care sector or as a care assistant, or solid experience in care assistant work. The most important thing is that you want to spend time with elderly people and make their daily lives better through your actions. The work can be done according to your own situation, and the working hours are very flexible. What is the best part of being a caregiver-helper? "Helping holistically according to the senior's needs." As a caregiver-helper, you get: Your own designated elderly person whom you help with daily chores and provide companionship for. Flexible working hours that fit perfectly, for example, alongside studies or as extra work. The most common working time is 2-10h/week. A competitive salary: 14.82-16.82 €/h + bonuses according to the collective agreement and holiday compensation. Good advancement opportunities: Based on experience and good customer feedback, you can advance to a pro- or guru-helper and receive a salary increase!
