Päiväkoti Engel is a private kindergarten established in 1993 in the southern Helsinki area. Engel Daycares consist of four small, closely located kindergartens: Päiväkoti Engel Viiskulma, Engel Huvila, Engel Seppä and Engel Albert. Our kindergartens offer a warm, communal and encouraging atmosphere and a professionally ambitious work community. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VARHAISKASVATUKSEN OPETTAJA FOR ENGEL HUVILA IN A FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT. As a kindergarten teacher you will act as the pedagogical leader of your own working team, responsible for the realization of high-quality pedagogy. You will support and promote children’s development, growth and learning. In your work you will implement planned early education in cooperation with your own team and families. You enjoy working with children and feel you are doing important work. You are active, capable, goal-oriented and respectful to your work community. The position also requires fluent Finnish and English. The job is fixed-term until 30.10.2026, start date by agreement or no later than 1.9.2026. Working hours are 38h 20min per week. The position requires fluent Finnish. Only candidates with education in early childhood education will be considered suitable.
