Job Description

Luxury Action Oy is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Resort Manager / Unit Manager to lead Octola’s operations. The role involves being part of the management team of Luxury Action Oy and reporting directly to the CEO. The position is fixed-term (12 months) and is a parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Octola's business in the luxury segment
- Oversee operational activities of Octola units
- Achieve financial targets and profitability
- Enhance and develop premium customer experience
- Lead approximately 4 teams: Maintenance, Program services, Host services, Kitchen & Chefs
- Develop operational processes and management practices
- Negotiate with subcontractors and service providers
Requirements
- Higher education degree (e.g., university of applied sciences, business administration or equivalent)
