In the Duty Supervisor role, you will lead and be responsible for the operational activities of passenger services shifts, the quality and safety of operations, the management of exceptional situations, as well as the preparation and coordination of daily work. In the Duty Supervisor role, you will also participate in operational passenger service work, the guidance and support of operational work, and work supervision. Important in this job: - A genuine desire to help and the ability to work calmly, kindly, and solution-orientedly even under high pressure. - A willingness to take responsibility and the ability to make independent decisions. - Active communication. You will act as an operational contact person for our client companies and stakeholders. - Maintaining a relaxed atmosphere that is pleasant to work in. Requirements for the position: - Practical experience in passenger service work - Excellent cooperation and interaction skills - Good ability to work under pressure - Organizational skills - Personnel-oriented thinking - Sufficient IT skills - Initiative and a desire to develop own working methods - Good skills in Finnish and English - At least 18 years of age and a clean background (a basic security clearance will be conducted for those selected for the position) The Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life applies to the position. The selected candidate is required to have a passed drug test as part of the pre-employment check. We offer a full-time employment contract valid until further notice. Start date according to agreement during the autumn. The basic monthly salary of the Duty Supervisor is in accordance with salary class 8 of the Collective Agreement for Air Transport Services. In addition, shift allowances according to the collective agreement are paid in shift work, which are approximately €300–600/month depending on the shifts. Interested?
