Customer Service Representative

This role is part of ELIXIA Sello and ELIXIA Pitäjänmäki, where you will engage in active customer service, sales of memberships, PT services and products, and take care of centre operations including cleanliness and ready-ness. You will also provide childcare in the kids’ club, ensuring safety and creating a warm, cheerful moment for parents during workouts. You greet customers, start conversations, listen, ask questions, and actively seek ways to help and offer suitable services. Flexibility to work across Sello, Pitäjänmäki, and Munkkiniemi as needed, and morning/Evening/weekend shifts are available. Requirements include sociable confidence to approach people, genuine interest in helping others, energy and ability to create a positive atmosphere, proactive work attitude, interest in sales and developing sales skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; Finnish and English proficiency required. Working hours approx. 15–20h/week, starting September 2026. Salary 11.50 €/h. This is a permanent contract.
