StaffPoint is looking for a RECEPTIONIST for the winter season 2026 - 2027 at Lapland Hotels Saaga in Ylläs. The job description includes reception duties, such as handling bookings, email and telephone correspondence, guest check-in and check-out, invoicing, lobby bar duties, and the sale of souvenirs, spa, gym, and lift tickets. A versatile role is offered in a busy reception. Work starts approximately on November 18, 2026, and lasts until approximately April 11, 2027. Average hours are 90h / 3 weeks. The employment contract is concluded between the employee and StaffPoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. The job description also includes reception duties during night shifts, lobby bar tasks, and cleaning of common areas. We hope for: - Hotel clerk education and/or work experience in receptionist duties. - Proficiency in the Opera Cloud hotel reservation system is considered an advantage. - Alcohol serving and hygiene passports - Proficiency in Finnish and English; other language skills are a plus. Please note, in this position fluent Finnish is required. - Ability to work under pressure and readiness to operate in a hectic work environment.
