As a Master Barista, you are responsible for ensuring and developing the quality of coffee and other products, as well as enhancing the guest experience by training and supporting your cafe employees. You act as an ambassador and role model for Espresso House's cafe standards, promoting the company's values, culture, and operating methods. You are also an important part of your cafe's Leader Team, which includes the cafe managers. We increase your salary by +€0.5/h after 6 months of employment and another +€0.5/h after 12 months. After one year of work, your hourly wage will be €13.71/h + bonuses.
