More information at www.polkky.com We are seeking for our new production plant in Kajaani TECHNICAL MANAGER for a permanent employment contract. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical availability of the production processes and equipment of the new Kajaani production plant, as well as the development of maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring production following the investment. Key responsibilities include: * maintaining and developing the maintenance strategy for production processes, equipment, and facilities * maintaining and developing the daily management model for maintenance and monitoring metrics using NoVi and Gema systems * leading a maintenance team of 15 people * ensuring high production availability by developing preventive maintenance * developing occupational safety as well as machinery and equipment safety in cooperation with the rest of the organization.
