Personal Assistant

Come work for ANNU sosiaalipalvelut! We are looking for a personal assistant for our client in Hamina. We are seeking an employee with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work. Experience in personal assistant duties or other social and health care tasks is considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory; the most important things are the right attitude and interpersonal skills. Excellent Finnish language skills are required for the job. If you feel that helping others is a matter close to your heart, and you are social, reliable, and proactive, you may be the person we are looking for. We are looking for an assistant who is open, friendly, and proactive. Due to the nature of the tasks (including hygiene assistance), the client requests a female assistant. Duties include assistance with daily living; household tasks, assistance with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene, as well as assistance with errands. The work involves transfers using a slide board from/to a wheelchair, as well as light lifting during toilet transfers, so sufficient physical fitness is required to perform the tasks. There are 64 hours of work per week with the client, which is shared with another assistant. Work is arranged in morning and evening shifts as full working days and, if necessary, shorter segments.
