The building houses Sylviahemmet, a service residence for the elderly, as well as Herberts hus and Storågården, where the elderly can live independently. We are a large, multi-professional team with a good atmosphere and a high sense of community. We work to create a meaningful and secure everyday life for the elderly. The employment is a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of part-time, and work begins by agreement. The position involves three-shift work or night work only, according to your needs. We strive to create a work schedule that suits your life situation. We are looking for someone who is a trained practical nurse or has equivalent previous education with registration in Valvira. We also welcome newly graduated candidates full of ideas and new ways of thinking. Who are you? Previous experience with elderly people with memory diseases is seen as an advantage. We expect flexibility and good cooperation skills. We use programs such as Lifecare, Hilkka, and RAI in client work and value knowledge and interest in these. Our working language is Swedish, and we require good language skills in both speech and writing; Finnish language skills are merit-based.
