Project Manager

Cityvarasto is Finland’s leading provider of small storage spaces, with a growing network covering over 70 locations nationwide and expanding rapidly. Our aim is to grow the network to around 100 sites by the end of 2029. We actively develop new sites and make existing properties more functional, efficient and customer‑oriented. We are now seeking an experienced project manager to lead property use changes and renovation projects as part of our growing organization. As a project manager, you will lead multiple simultaneous projects and work as part of Cityvarasto’s construction team. You will collaborate closely with management, property owners, external planners, contractors and authorities. Our work community is down‑to‑earth and solution‑oriented. You will have an independent area of responsibility while working in close cooperation with other parts of the company. You will be responsible for: leading property use changes; planning and executing PTS renovation projects; directing design and coordinating; navigating authorities and permit processes; managing tendering and procurement preparation; supervising sites and projects; and controlling schedules, costs and quality. We expect: a relevant construction sector education; about 10 years of experience in construction project roles; experience with independent project leadership for at least two years; the ability to lead projects decisively with diverse stakeholders; strong organizational skills and proactive work style; willingness to travel within Finland. We especially value: experience in renovation construction; mechanical and electrical know‑how; experience with property renovation and development projects; strong knowledge of building permits and authorities’ processes.
