Project Manager

We at VAKE are building a welfare region together and we seek an experienced project manager for a two-year project aimed at integrating support services (catering, cleaning and laundry) into our service production. The project consists of three components: planning, specification and implementation. In planning, we will create a project and investment plan for the transition to cold meal delivery and to clarify laundry service arrangements. In specification, you will work closely with our service production and procurement to prepare new support service procurements, aiming for cost-efficient management of individual services and to assess synergies in procurement. The implementation phase ensures the introduction of the meal service agreement and the rollout of the defined division of labor. You will describe processes and operating guidelines and train unit heads to follow them. Work is hybrid with weekly on-site requirements. Interviews will be held 16–17.9. The task sits within the Organizing Support function and you will work as part of a small team with close cooperation with procurements. Our team is solutions-oriented and happy to help each other.
