Salesperson

We are looking for a salesperson for Napapiirin Lahja for the winter season! We are currently seeking a salesperson for a fixed-term employment contract for the winter season from October 2026 to March 2027. We are open to your wishes regarding the duration of employment and your availability. On average, 30 hours/week are available; we hope for flexibility to work additional hours during the peak times of the season. The employment contract is concluded with StaffPoint, and the retail sector collective agreement (TES) is followed. Remuneration is determined according to the B-wage group of the retail TES (13.13–14.93 €/h) + evening and weekend bonuses. The work is shift work, and shifts are mainly scheduled between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM. Having your own car facilitates commuting, as public transport does not run during all shift times. A security clearance is conducted for those working at the airport, and a valid passport is essential for the job. If necessary, we can also assist in finding accommodation in Rovaniemi. In 1994, Napapiirin Lahja Oy began when Inga Pokka-Jääskö and her spouse Marko Jääskö founded their own company in the tourism industry. Over the years, the company has operated in both accommodation and transport; currently, the company focuses on souvenir stores. You will find two of our stores at the airport. The first store is located in the departures hall before security, and the second store is after security. In the departures hall store, you will also find coffee and light snacks for the waiting time.
