We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Arnolds coffee chain in Tampere. Do you have the interest, passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and readiness to act as an entrepreneur? (Please note that we are looking only for an entrepreneur, not employees for Arnolds.) As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all your cafe's business operations, including initial investments. In return, you will have access to a location, delicious products, the benefits of a well-known chain, support in building success, and training for all tasks. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will work in the outlet yourself, setting an example for your staff through your own actions. The most important thing is the desire and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. Previous entrepreneurial experience is not necessarily required; your ability to cooperate and your attitude matter more. A genuine interest in the cafe industry and possible experience in the restaurant sector will certainly be beneficial. Most importantly, however, is your desire to bring small happy moments to people's days through treats and good service.
