Shift Manager

The vacancy is for Hesburger Järvenpää Drive-In. The role involves leading the restaurant shift team, overseeing operations and results, and developing both your team and the restaurant staff’s skills. You will supervise and organize your own shift, with an emphasis on organization and familiarity with restaurant KPIs, and you will share responsibilities with others. We require prior experience in the restaurant sector; we provide training and support from the restaurant manager and our strong chain organization.
