Site Manager

We are looking for an **experienced Site Manager** to strengthen STM Infra's team in the execution of demanding infrastructure contracts (railway and bridge construction). In your role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the site, production planning and execution, as well as the management of safety, quality, and schedules. You will work in close cooperation with the client, designers, subcontractors, and your own organization. The position involves both renovation and new construction projects. Work takes place mainly at sites across Finland, so your own location can be flexible. The position requires a willingness to travel, and the employer will arrange accommodation for overnight stays if necessary. Access to a private car is also required. Key responsibilities: - Management and coordination of site production - Management of site finances, schedule, and execution - Guidance of site management and subcontractors - Planning and coordination of procurement - Site documentation and reporting - Ensuring occupational safety - Cooperation with clients, designers, and other stakeholders - Quality control and documentation What we expect from you: - Experience in site management in infrastructure, railway, or bridge projects - Several years of experience in site management - Proven track record of successful site completions - Relevant education in infrastructure construction (e.g., Construction Foreman, Civil Engineer, or Master's degree) - Good financial understanding and ability to manage overall processes - Ability to lead a site with a goal-oriented and safety-first approach - Good IT and documentation skills - Good organizing and communication skills - Experience with railway bridges and working in railway environments is especially valued - Concrete work supervisor qualification is also an advantage What we offer: - A versatile and responsible role in a growing company - A low-hierarchy organization and agile decision-making - Great colleagues and an evolving work environment - Competitive salary based on your experience - Employment benefits (e.g., lunch benefit and developing wellbeing activities) Interested?
