Forklift Operator

Logistics is the backbone of successful production. We are seeking a forklift driver for the Hangö enzyme plant to support smooth daily operations and ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time! In this role you will be a key part of Hangö enzyme plant logistics, handling receiving, transfers and unloading/loading tasks with a forklift. After training you will work independently, but in close collaboration with production and other logistics professionals. The working environment is industrial and international, requiring careful and safety-conscious work habits. In your daily work you will ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, maintain warehouse order, and be part of the team that supports the entire production chain. The job is daytime and provides a stable and clear everyday life as part of IFF’s operations. The role is located in Hangö and the job uses a local work model. Role impacts and responsibilities: Support daily warehouse and production logistics processes; unloading and loading tasks using forklift; unloading and handling bulk raw materials; transfers of materials between production and warehouse; safe and careful operation of vehicles and forklift equipment; maintaining warehouse order and safety; working independently as part of the logistics team after orientation; participating in ensuring smooth and safe daily life at the factory. Our expectations: experience as forklift operator; valid forklift license (B license considered an advantage); ability to work independently and take responsibility; good teamwork and willingness to work as part of a team; careful and safe work style; readiness for daytime work in an industrial environment; positive and proactive attitude. Desirable areas of expertise: experience in logistics or production environment; prior experience in an international organization; basic technical understanding or system reliability; knowledge of bulk raw materials.
