We are seeking an IT Security Specialist for a permanent position in Atria's IT administration team. What kind of work is available? Atria is a pioneer of modern technology in the food industry – our modern IT and information system solutions are at the core of production automation and efficiency. With the expertise of our IT administration team, we ensure that our operations are secure, continuous, and compliant with regulations every day. We are now looking for an expert for our team who wants to be on the front line developing and ensuring the operational reliability and security of our IT solutions. In this role, you will influence Atria's entire digital ecosystem – thousands of endpoints and hundreds of systems – and ensure they operate reliably and securely in all situations. You will be involved in implementing concrete measures that support business continuity. This role is not just about concepts or PowerPoint presentations. Your work is international and covers Atria's businesses in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Estonia. You will work in close cooperation with Atria's various business areas, internal IT, and external system providers. The task is meaningful, as you will respond to tightening regulatory requirements and develop solutions that make Atria's operations even more secure and sustainable together with other experts in the IT team. What kind of expert are we looking for? The person we are seeking has: - a suitable university degree in the IT field - evidence of IT administration expertise and the implementation of security measures - 3–5 years of work experience in IT maintenance tasks in a Microsoft hybrid environment (on-prem/cloud) - an active and self-directed approach to work - a strong willingness to learn and the ability to adopt new things in a constantly evolving industry - a versatile understanding of the importance of systematic processes and operating methods (e.g., ITIL) in a broad, cross-border IT environment - excellent skills in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage - security and IT certifications are considered an advantage - experience working with the following technologies and acronyms is considered an advantage: AD, AAD, NIS2, Intune, GPO, Android, iOS, DfE, E5 Security, ITIL, ITSM, SNow, Purview, DLP, MFA, CA What we offer you: - an independent and responsible role with its own area of responsibility - Atria's hybrid work model - the support of a competent team and close cooperation with the field at the Nurmo food plant - Atria's employee benefits: e.g., 2 x daily snacks and affordable staff lunches, a staff store, and ePassi sports and culture benefit Ask more and apply!
