Wound Care Nurse

We are seeking a motivated wound care specialist for our primary health care outpatient clinic. You will work independently, with influence, and in a diverse role focusing on your area of expertise. The position is a permanent contract for a nurse specialized in wound care at the Riihimäki Clinic, with occasional duties at the Turenki health center until the end of 2027 when a colleague returns to Janakkala. Your duties include assessment, planning and execution of care for complex, chronic and acute wounds, and you will act as a consultant to other staff in challenging wound-care situations. You will work with a named doctor as your medical partner and you will collaborate with specialized care, podiatrists and home care. You will have the opportunity to influence our unit’s wound-care processes and product choices. We offer regular daytime hours, with weekends and holidays off.
