Your workday A new welding shop is being completed at Stera Technologies Oy's Kaarina plant, where various welded assemblies for vehicle structures are produced. Your workday will involve versatile MIG/MAG welding of various parts with material thicknesses ranging from 5–12 mm. The materials used are mainly high-strength steels, and the structures are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. Your working hours are 40h per week, and work starts on the day shift from 7:00 to 15:30, but we hope you are also willing to work in a 2-shift system in the future. The Technology Industries Collective Agreement (TES) applies to the employment relationship.
