You can be either a seasoned welding professional or a metalworker just starting your career. Stera Technologies Oy is an internationally operating contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia. The company offers versatile manufacturing services, such as mechanical and electronics production, as well as its own products for industrial needs. Your workday A new welding shop is being completed at Stera Technologies Oy's Kaarina plant, where various welded assemblies for vehicle structures are produced. Your workday will involve versatile MIG/MAG welding of various parts with material thicknesses ranging from 5–12 mm. The materials used are mainly high-strength steels, and the structures are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. Your working hours are 40h per week, and work starts on the day shift from 7:00 to 15:30, but we hope you are also willing to work in a 2-shift system in the future. The Technology Industries Collective Agreement (TES) applies to the employment relationship.
