Perhepalvelut Ruori is seeking for the South Savo region A FAMILY THERAPIST TO BE CALLED IN AS NEEDED About the position Are you a warm-hearted professional in interaction work with a desire to perform versatile child welfare work as part of the outpatient services team? Join us in strengthening families' journey of change together with clients and our team! As a Family Therapist, you will be responsible for individual and family therapeutic work for home-based services in the South Savo region within your shifts: client work specific to the service, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effects of the work in cooperation with the client, the service purchaser, and the client's various networks. Work is primarily carried out at the client's home, but meetings may also take place at the service provider's premises. Family therapeutic work supports interaction between family members and focuses on positive resources and opportunities. The goal is to ensure the child's growth conditions, prevent intergenerational problems, and keep the family together. The work includes change work with the whole family in different configurations. The position is hourly work, with the number of hours varying according to need. A framework agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The position is suitable as part-time work and follows a period-based working time, which may also include evening and weekend work. The position follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The position requires a lower university degree in social or health care or an equivalent previous college-level degree (Act on Social Care Professionals 817/2015), a professional title of psychotherapist granted by the licensing and supervisory authority, and a valid sote-professional card. We hope you have solid experience in child welfare work, as well as in mental health and substance abuse work and the use of therapeutic working methods. The work is mobile and client visits take place at families' homes; for this reason, a driver's license and the use of one's own car if necessary are essential. Client visits are located in the South Savo region, focusing on the Mikkeli area.
