Hello future HR professional, we are now looking for an HR intern for our Turku team to grow into a professional in the field! What is this about? An HR internship at Carrot includes practical and diverse tasks within the recruitment and HR field. The final content of the internship can be tailored to your interests and the goals of your studies. Internship tasks may include, among other things: * Assisting in recruitment (processing job applications, applicant communication and contacting applicants, as well as scheduling job interviews) * Guided, and based on your readiness, also independent recruitment work with recruitment assignments (conducting job interviews, preparing and delivering candidate presentations to client companies, scheduling follow-up interviews, and maintaining contact with client companies and job seekers) * Guided tasks in the employment lifecycle of leased employees: for example, drafting employment contracts, creating assignments and cost centers in the HR system, processing hour and payroll material, handling work clothes and maintaining inventory, as well as instructing employees, for example, regarding sickness absence policies. The internship is aimed at, for example, higher education students in a suitable field whose degree includes either a mandatory or optional internship period: you could be, for example, a student of business administration or a university student.
