We are looking for an experienced IT professional as a Service Manager to be responsible for financial systems at our head office in Helsinki (Pitäjänmäki). In this position, you have a great opportunity to develop financial operations and IT services and be part of the development of the information management of an international company. SAP ERP is in a central role at Valio, but there are also other financial management software. As a Service Manager, you will participate in the management of Valio's financial processes. You will work with the financial organization to ensure the best possible solutions for their needs and the maintenance of financial systems. You will get to build the future direction of the SAP environment, for example, regarding S/4 HANA, automation, and reporting. You will act as a proactive link between business requirements and digital solutions. You will ensure that IT services are up to date, guide suppliers, and ensure the quality, continuity, and development of services. To succeed in the position, we expect from you: - experience in financial SAP Finance processes, project management, service development, and supplier management. S/4 HANA expertise is considered an advantage. - experience in supporting financial systems together with Continuous Services and suppliers - understanding of modern IT trends and the ability to work with several partners - excellent collaboration and communication skills and readiness to operate in a changing environment - fluent Finnish and English language skills - suitable education for the position or equivalent expertise acquired through work We offer you an encouraging work community and challenging tasks where you can deepen your expertise and develop new things.
